HEALTH & WELLBEING
After successfully overcoming breast cancer, I have grown very conscious of how vital it is to prioritise my health and wellbeing. Throughout this experience, I’ve continually focused on all aspects of my total wellness – physical, mental and emotional.
It is profoundly crucial to me to become a master of these things in order for me to be content with life. When I accepted that it was not worth my time and energy worrying about standards set by others, this newfound freedom liberated me. Every day I prioritise both emotional and mental well-being above all else because when you are strong there, the external noise becomes easier to ignore. It also means you have the strength to make changes in your life for you, if you want to, not because you feel outsiders are forcing you.
This is the place where I talk about all of those things, including my weight loss journey, reaching for body positivity, learning to truly love myself, and actively ignoring societal input or judgment.
If you are struggling with any of this, then I hope this is the place for you. I will try to be motivating and inspiring, and give you lessons I have learned along the way. I want to help you learn that it’s not only possible, but necessary to have a holistic approach when it comes to health and wellbeing. Anything is achievable if you put in the work!
